Latuda - Will this help bipolar 1 co-occurring with OCD?

I'm gonna give you a big ol' MAYBE. All the clinical trials brag about Latuda helping anxiety, but it made mine worse. A lot of people combine antipsychotics with an antidepressant though, and are really successful, so that may be a good option for you with co-occurring anxiety.

That sucks. The saphris made mine worse and it also gave me blurred vision and migraines. I'll have to ask but for now they put me on an anticonvulsant called Trileptal.

Apparently Latuda is good for Bipolar.

But from my experience benefits combing antipsychotic with antideppresants for OCD are exaggerated.
(with Latuda and SSRIs there is less studies).

However, you could still try it, with a combo of an SSRI. Especially since you have both Bipolar and OCD. It may work better.
