I looked at drugs.com's page for this, and I can't seem to understand. It's passed the exclusivity date, but some things say 2018, but some of its patents don't expire until like 2026. I just can't figure it out. Anyone know?
Sorry Sidekick55 being this medication was approved oct/2010 and most cases it is 16 to 20 years on the drug patten I keep coming up with 2026 and I know for a fact that 2018 would be wrong because any company hoping to get this on the market by that date would have to have already filled papers with the FDA and nobody has at this point.
REMEMBER TYPE THE NAME OF THE DRUG AT THE TOP IN THE SEARCH BAR THEY HAVE MANY OFFERS FOR HELP FROM FREE TO COUPONS WISH I COULD BE OF MORE HELP BUT THEY try to hide the times of release anyway and stall anyone from coming out with a generic because if we or the Pharmacy new a generic was coming out. they would not order as much. Now, this is what I was used to when a drug was getting ready to be released BUT IN LUTADA CASE IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. EVEN CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FOR SAMPLES HE OR SHE CAN ORDER THEM FOR YOU. HAVE A GREAT DAY WISH I COULD HAVE BEEN OF MORE HELP chuck1957
