My psych doc just put me on this today. I'm bipolar, PTSD,add, panic disorderand depression. I've been really agitated for the past three months and not sleeping. He said this should help with them but after reading some of the reviews I'm not sure this will work for the sleep or agitation.
I have been taking Latuda for years now. My agitation level has lowered immensely. I have to take it in the morning because it keeps me up at night if I take it later on. It causes drowsiness in most people though. I have found that it works better and I don't feel nauseous if I take it with food, like it is supposed to be taken. I am diagnosed with bipolar 1, severe social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD.
Your Dr knows you better than reviews from other folks. It may work very well for you given the chance. Allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for it to settle in, some folks need 4-6 weeks, but it's worth the wait if it helps you.
