I would also run a EMG to see if the nerves are being compromised. We may be looking at deferred pain. Then I would also order a CBC and blood tests to check vitamins in her system. For example:an over load of vitamin D can cause those complaints as well.
Also over use of muscles may cause strain and fatigue; i.e exercise and etc.
You should also check the kind of medications she has been taking including her history such as:over-the counter and prescribed ones. Sometimes muscle pain, headaches, anxiety etc can be symptoms of withdrawals. Her age, weight, and medical history may play a part.
