Can you tell us what you take for your high blood pressure and high cholesterol? Many people who have high cholesterol, have it as a result of their own body chemistry, and no "natural" supplement will help. I am on the fence as to whether having high cholesterol is really a bad thing. There are many articles and books on this subject if you do a Google search. I've read a lot about it, and I have decided FOR MYSELF that I don't want to take any meds for it. There is no evidence that it increases your life span in any way, regardless of what is surmised by the scientists. However, each person has to decide for themselves whether to take it or not. It has been the biggest money maker for pharmaceutical companies to ever come down the line.
Now, Blood pressure is a different matter. High blood pressure can kill you, and it almost did kill me when I had my Aortic Dissection. It literally blew up my aorta. I now take nine doses of blood pressure medication per day. It keeps my blood pressure very low. It was hard to get used to and I often got dizzy or passed out at first from it. But I don't want to blow up my aorta again so I do what I have to. I'm very fortunate to have survived the first time. Now I am facing a surgery to fix an abdominal aneurysm and to fix my dissection which has increased in size, and it scares me to even think about it.
I have never heard of Akign or Align. But I see it is a probiotic.
Could you give us a little more info on your HBP and your cholesterol levels, and what you are now taking?
