Please help me
everyone who I have ever taken care of when I was a CNA said that they had the best pain relief when they put the patch on their chest, I don't know if it makes any difference or not, but that's what they told me... but the last answer was right, non hairy part of the body is best... good luck!! :)
Ok it doesn't matter where you put it but you want it to be where your skin stays tight since I use 7 50 mcg patches I find the best place is on my upper leg starting about 3" above my knee. I keep my hair removed on both legs just so it doesn't look weird and use a hair clipper as it's fast and cits close. For some reason I can alway use the same spot and for some reason because of it I never have issues with them stick really good. My skin there is very tight there and it's easy to get to. Good luck.
