... waffers be better then the valums? please give your thought thanks.
Hmm, what does your Dr say? Are these both prescribed by the same Dr? If so, get his/her opinion on it, if not, have the docs consult s to what would be best. There's always a risk with interactions. Best to you. Hope this helps.
Hello. In my opinion, you are allready on a pretty high dose of Klonopin. I know because I was on 2mg 3 times a day for a couple of years while going through some family drama. Well..Trauma. The doctor's here cut me down to 1mg 3 times a day. At first it was my idea, because I thought I was on too much, then when I tried to go back up, I couldn't find anyone to prescribe that amount for me. I eventually did get used to the 1 mg, but with the help of other medication's, such as antidepressant's, and a mood stabalizer. I would try and look for other option's before going up any higher. If that's what you're wanting to do. Plus Valium on top of the Klonopin?? Just be careful. Benzo's are not to be messed with too much. I only have you're best interest at heart. Talk to you're doctor about this as well. That's very important. We are here for you anytime you have a question. It never hurts to ask. You take care, and good luck to you. Ruthie
Hello hlocke14. I believe that the Klonopin would be the choice. I am surprised that the Valium is being perscribed for your panic attacks. Regards, pledge
Taking two different benzos at the same time seems really over the top for any one physician to prescribe. At 6 mg you are at the top of the dosage for Klonopin. I'm surprised you were able to cut that in half if I read your comments correctly. At 6mg, the reaction to going to one half of that would take a considerable length of time unless you could deal with the withdrawal that comes from a large dose over a protracted period of time. Why are you being prescribed so much benzodiazepines?
