Is ketorolac bad for the heart?

Ketorolac is an NSAID and most heart patients are allowed to take any form of NSAIDs. Other then taking that anti-inflammatory medication no one has any idea as to what kind of heart disease or medications you are on to help you any further. I would truly like to know but in general it isn't good for you to take with heart disease.
