I have been taking Kenalog injections since 1992 and had been affected for 5 long years before anyone tried it. It helped immediately. If you take a one ml shot of 40 mcg intramuscularly, you will help your entire body to heal. If you have individual lesions, they can be injected independently with 10 mcg strength. It is a miracle treatment and nothing works as well. The only problem is that long term it can have adverse affects. I have had the 40mcg shot about three times a year for over 20 years now. I still have it. I am now starting to look at other options because of fears it could cause osteoporosis and more. Any suggestions?
