I eat pretty "clean" diet - no sodas, additives, etc. Much of what I eat is organic. So I would probably respond well to a reduced dose of Keflex. I don't want to overdo it and shock my body. Does anyone have experience with this?
You should never take less than the recommended dose without letting your physician know. Your physician based your dosage based on your body weight, age and concentration of drug needed in your body tissues in order to fight off the particular bacteria invading your system. Not taking the recommended dose could result in the infection coming back or not getting resolved at all.
