Keflex - Cephalexin- How long can you store them before you throw them out?

I just picked up a script one week ago and its use by is Feb 1st 2018. Given that it is October 2015, I'm guessing that they have a lifetime of two and a half years from factory sealing in a blister pack.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Steve

I should have added that the script I collected before the one above only had three months to go on its use by. I think it might be helpful to stamp a packaging date on the boxes also. A batch number might be useful for a product recall but provides no information of interest to the average consumer. free discount card
