Prior to beginning a course of antibiotics one should plan on completing the whole course of the medication, and not have any left over.
Even if you think you have the same problem you should see your physician have an accurate diagnosis prior to taking old antibiotics.
No, they should not be used if they are left over from before as they usually need to be taken for 10 days to kill off 99% of the bacteria causing a particular problem.
