My daughter is 14 and currently on Humira and methotrexate weekly injections. However, her Drs feel the Humira is no longer working and want to take it out and add Remicade infusions with the methotrexate. Has anyone else dealt with Remicade infusions? If so, is it working or not working? Side effects? Etc?

SSutton5877: There are a few side effects from the infusions. Those being tiredness and some said their head hurt. Since your daughter is 14, they will work especially close with her so she understands every step of what they are doing. They also stated they needed any where from 1/2 to 1~2 days off to recover at times. It appears they are having great success with this new drug.
