The recommended starting Lyrica dosage for treating nerve pain due to diabetic neuropathy is 50 mg, taken three times daily. Your health care provider may increase your dose (up to a maximum of Lyrica 100 mg three times daily) within a week, if necessary to control your pain -- and if you tolerate the drug well. If you have kidney disease, you may need a lower dose.
If you feel uncomfortable, would recommend to seek a second opinion.
However, for drug interactions between the meds you take, please reda details on: https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1488-899,2031-1316,1937-2171,1711-1067,71-747
Hope the info helps? Take care, wish you all the best!
I take Lyrica for fibromyalgia (50mgs 2x a day) and I am a little girl, it sort of makes me feel "stoned", yet this side effect lessens as time goes by. It does help with fibro pain though. Helps with sleep as well.
If this dose seems like too much for you please call that doc! You do need to be alert for your wee one.
Best wishes to you!
