He is admitting me into the hospital tomorrow, first thing. Also, hopefully we can start the treatment for the Migraine. So fingers crossed it finally happens for me tomorrow with the Gilenya. Take care everyone, Liz.
Just heard from the specialist?

I have just got the call the admission this morning has been canceled again until next week, the telemetry went down for 30 minutes last night and they don't want to admit me until it is working 100%. So I got stressed out again and I guess I have some more days of suffering ahead of me, it really feels like I am being punished for something, but don't know what. Just thought I would feel you in on whats happening, have a great day everyone. Liz.
Oh dear heart, you are not being punished for anything, it's just a machine right? Well, what do you expect? They are always breaking down, but it doesn't seem very fair does it.. I hope next week goes so much better for you. Never guess what I've been doing? Got off the potty night before last, got dizzy & fell backwards into the water tank!Hit it square on the side of my lower back , it broke into a hundred peices, & there I sat water going everywhere & hubby fast asleep. I couldn't even get up & was afraid of cutting myself really bad on the porcelen, but then my feet started getting really wet so I sorta came to long enough to scream & shut off the water supply line! OMG! What a mess. Thank goodness my son can do anything. He has spent two days replaces the loo, new floor tile & on & on. Then we had to have the snow storm of the season of course too. 15 degrees & blowing & drifting snow to drive thru to get parts.
Not a fun two days for me either. I feel your pain & frustration. I know next week all will go well. Third times a charm they say. Have a good night hon... Mary
Hi Liz - We haven't met but this is the second time I've found myself reading your question so I think it's time we did meet. I've had migraines for some 30 years - three times needing to be in the hospital and have tried so many things to get relief. It has finally come with menopause - well, at least now my medication (Relpax) works and I take it some 6-10 times a month, but I end up only feeling bad for less than an hour each time. Sometimes I even forget that I am still a migraine sufferer because I don't have the really bad ones anymore. Praise God for that! I will pray for you and keep an eye out for you telling us how it went. I SO hope this will help you - I know how bad it can be and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! Funny expression isn't it? I don't even think I have any enemies. Anyway, I sure hope this works for you!! A new friend - ElizaJane
