I have been on this pill for the past 8 months because of Endometriosis. With other birth control pills, my sex drive has varied from very low to pretty much non-existent. When I started this pill, my sex drive went from 0-80 in 2.5 seconds... and now it feels as if it is making up for lost time. Is this normal?
Maybe Jolivette has helped your endometriosis, perhaps you feel confidant that you will not get pregnant, sooooooo your sex drive is increased?
I most certainly could understand that. While I was pregnant I had the same phenomena, ya can't get pregnant while pregnant, so no worries!
Is any of that a possibility? Or do you think it's all hormonal?
Best of luck to you, and enjoy yourself!!
My thought was more along the lines of it just possibly being the one that works best for you. With endometriosis birth control is more about addressing the hormone imbalance than it is about pregnancy prevention. It sounds like this particular hormone therapy has more positive affects on your body than others have. I have never been on jolivette but I can attest to certain birth control bills making me feel like crap while others seem to balance me out a little better, which in turn makes for a better sex drive... just my thoughts. ~anjeegyrl :)
