The short answer is yes, but you will need to use another method of contraception, immediately after you stop taking the pill. You will need to continue using another method of contraception for your 7 day break and the first 7 days in which you take active tablets.
You will probably experience a degree of breakthrough bleeding during your next cycle as your body adjusts to the changes in hormones.
