Most hormone replacement therapies tend to stop hot flushes and night sweats within a few weeks. Many of the changes around the vagina and vulva are usually improved within 1-3 months. However, it can take up to a year of treatment in some cases. See your doctor again if you have had no signs of improvement after at least one cycle.

This depends on your health and immunity system; check out with your doctor.
