It keeps going up. I do not eat sugar, eat a salad once a day (which I make) and avoid white carbs. Eat only whole wheat products and rarely eat potatoes or white pasta. What an I doing wrong?
Has your exercise decreased? Are you drinking enough water? Even whole wheat things can elevate your blood sugar, it just takes a little longer. Have you changed your diet at all, even in amounts? Do you have any signs of infection? Infection can run your blood sugar way up. Urinary tract infections are common for sneaking in without much in symptoms and raising your blood sugar.
