Nik, if you work in a hospital, or an doctors office where you could randomly be tested, you need to see if there is a failure to disclose clause in any paper work or contracts you may have signed and if they check for bupenorphine. Suboxone/subutex will only test positive as Bupenorphine, most work places and even probation offices don't check for it. If you work in a hospital, they might. Contact your suboxone doctor to ask if he/she can help you any if you are tested and come up positive for bupenorphine. Another member here mentioned that he worked at a hospital and although he didn't get checked for bupe, he said he had signed a failure to disclose sheet which could get him fired. You won't test positive for opiate tho.
