It helps with the pain to get through the day. After taking for about 8 months due to back and neck problems, I'm trying to get through the day without. I've also had half of my colon removed due to cancer and was off work for 5 months. Now I have been working for 1 month now and the pain is pretty bad for the whole body. May need to take drug test and if possible I would like to have a clean test. How long does it take to have this drug out of your system? Thank you for the answer.
If you have a prescription for Percocet, just show your RX bottle for your drug test. There should not be any problems if you have an rx for it.
If you are in chronic pain why do you want to get off pain meds? Sorry for the question, but it sounds like you need something for pain. Chronic pain can cause so many problems, from HBP to anxiety and depression.
I hope you are feeling better soon, and please post again about your drug test.
Sorry I could not answer your question regarding a clean test. You might want to google it though. There are many compassionate and caring members here that may have an answer to your query, so hang in there!
Best wishes to you,
The average detection time for opiates in urine is 5 to 7 days after last dose. There are some factors such as frequency of use and a person's metabolism that will affect the amount of time the drug stays in the body. You can not just stop the Percocet without experiencing some uncomfortable withdrawl symptoms. I recommend you take your prescription with you to the test and just be honest with the employer.
