Oragel wil at least take away some pain and sensitivity... more than likely you will need antibiotics. Hope this helps

Im not sure where you live but are there any free clinics near you? They can hook you up with some antibiotics. In the mean time slap some gel on there to prevent anymore pain. There are also low income dental facilities that might be able to help you ouy.
