No, aspirin is not free. It is over the caunter medication. It is however very danger medication and should problebly be proscribe by doctors. Aspirine was discover long time ego and never was really incude to laws after 1900.Big mistake, because in large amounts cost liver toxicity, bleeding problems, ulceration. Aspirine is for mild to moderate pain. I would avoid taking if I could! There are other options over the couter which none is free. tylenol, motrin,alive etc.
