Your kidneys aren't at risk, but pains such as myalgia or arthralgia amongst others aren't super uncommon. These pains can eventually leave a person so fatigued even small tasks feel overwhelming. For many these symptoms will subside, but in the meantime you can ask your doctor or pharmacist if there are any vitamins/foods that could help - there frequently are. Permanent nerve damage isn't likely unless acute nerve pain is left untreated for a long time, so you may want to start seeing a physical therapist or chiropractor for help with nerve pain.
