I,m sorry the right questin is : Is zestrill 40mg( not20) + istin(amlodipine10mg) too much for 36yo male hypertension patient?
The doses for these drugs are appropriate ... if your blood pressure is high and both of these are needed to keep your blood pressure controlled then it's perfectly fine to take them together.
If it's causing hypotension (low blood pressure) then the doses may need to be adjusted (lowered)..
