It's been years since I have trained. I started to work out again this past year but it took me up until now to regain my strength. I am also trying to make a connection with mg and weight bearing exercises. My mg is mild, I have typical symptoms. When I stopped competing 17 years ago, I also stopped eating healthy 6 to 8x a day. I used to sleep 2x a day. I remember how great I felt back then and this past I went back to everything I did. It took 1 year to be able to feel what I call normal but now I am thinking that my normal may not be normal.
