in a patient taking warfarin and also who is immuno compromised and on chemotherapy for pancreatc cancer
It is best to avoid taking chlorophyll and fish oil with warfarin and chemotherapy medicines (you haven't stated which ones you are taking). There is an interaction with warfarin and Fish Oil (omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids). Please see link below for interaction in detail.
The full effects/interaction with the chemotherapy medicines are probably not studied/documented. If you really want to take these then please discuss with your doctor/oncologist.
