Ritalin LA is helping with my ADHD symptoms, but I have not experienced the weight loss that many do as a side effect. I was hoping to "kill two birds with one stone," but no such luck for me! Thanks.
Is there a safe "diet pill" that I can take WHILE taking Ritalin LA, 30 mg for ADHD (39yr female)?

alli ias a fat blocker it should work well it is OTC unless your doc prescribes it
There is no "safe diet pill". Most diet pills either do nothing and are a waste of money, or they will include too many stimulants and can hurt your heart. They aren't regulated by the FDA either.
The only diet pill okay-ed by the FDA is Alli, which blocks you from absorbing fat in your intestine, which leads to anal leakage and they actually suggest you wear adult diapers while using it! Gross.
So, really, the only way to truly lose weight is to workout and count calories. It does work. I have lost 20lbs just this summer alone. Seriously.
