Is there a diet pill, that a person with high blood pressure can take?

I do not know of a pill for that. But one thing that I heard that works. Eat your meals off a salad plate and do not pile it any higher than 1" . No seconds of anything on the menu.

If you watch, diet pill sold always add, exercise and stick to a healthy diet.
Pills I don't help much Dr. use to give people speed pills, but I think that is not a practice any more
