Is subutex harmful to the 'liver'?

Most medications are processes by the liver and/or pancreas so the liver is affected, but supposedly, it is much safer than what ever opiate you were on. I learned all this in suboxone therapy, but they also were misinformed alot about suboxone. Subutex does NOT have the nalxone in it, so that is one less med going thru your liver. You may have damaged your liver with opiate, or tylenol in pills like lortab in high doses previously before starting subutex.
