He would take 8 - 10 a day sometimes and go through the medicine quick. He also received prescriptions from different doctors and paid out of pocket for some when insurance didn't pay. I have in the past 2 months taken the pills and only give him 2 - 3 a day. Some days only 1. Can he still be addicted if he only takes 2 tablets a day? I also found him taking a Fentayl patch from his father 50mg. He swears he will not do that again.
this looks like addictive behavior to me. I would look into this deeper and find out if he's buying off the street. That's one way and other ways are just what you are doing. He sounds like he's just starting out and if thats true you're in for a rough and long ride. You may want to give him a ultimatium before he drags you down to. I hope I'm absolutely wrong about this but it looks very familiar... Good luck... Dave
