I heard that methadone will not come up on a six panel drug test. I have passed before when I took it 3 days before, so I don't know if it was out of my system or they didn't detect it?
Yes, methadone is an opiate and it will show up on a six panel drug test which tests for opiates. Depending on the amount taken, frequency and duration, and the sensitivity of the test they are using, methadone can show up for as much as a week after the last dose.
