Maxitrol eye drops contain the antibiotics Neomycin and Polymyxin B along with Dexamethasone, a steroid.
Maxitrol eye drops are used to treat the swelling associated with bacterial infections of the eye. It must only be used under the guidance of your doctor or eye specialist.
The usual dose is 1 to 2 drops into eye/s four to six times daily as directed.
