If you have pain going down the back of your legs from stenosis of the spine, would magnesium chloride help at all?
Hi: I'm janet1940 I'm also interested in the response to this question. I have mild to moderate stenosis of the spine due to four back surgeries. Am anticipating Nerve Root Decompression next month to try to relieve the pain in my legs. The right leg is
affected the most, but cannot lay on either side due to pain in the legs. I currently have a plate, four screws, a rod and the titanium cages from past surgeries. I have degenerative disc disease throughout the spine and cervical areas. I look forward to the response to the question posted by peterz4416
