Is it true the more healthy food I eat the more weight loss I would have?

I would say that is good advise but remember everything in moderation even if you eat smaller meals more often and don't forget the exercise component
Hope this helps

hmm your suposed to eat less calories BUT most importantly no empty calories. everything must have vitamins and minerals and the right amount of salts and carbs and such. ( there are BMR calculators to show how many calories you need to keep a constant weight or lose some)
