The literature states the following for your question:

Caution is advised during coadministration of these agents. Close monitoring for development of hypotension is recommended. Patients should be advised to avoid rising abruptly from a sitting or recumbent position and to notify their physician if they experience dizziness, lightheadedness, syncope, orthostasis, or tachycardia.

The OTC analgesic acetaminophen is safe to take and probably your best choice.
Aspirin, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, centrally acting analgesics such as codeine and other opiates will need to be monitored because of their effects on blood pressure.
