i need to know because my friends doctor said it was ok but he also will write her a script for anything she wants no questions asked and shes allready been to rehab and when she got back he started perscribing her more of the same pills and now she is hooked on them again
Keep in mind that I do not know your friend's medical history or what else she may be into so far as drugs and herbs go, so this is a general answer based on a general question.
In my experience, 15mg of oxycodone, a relatively small dose (Roxicodone 5mg, 15mg and 30mg) is not going to have any serious interaction with a 2mg dose of Alprazolam (Xanax) which is really not that much. Tylenol 4 is just a Tylenol with a pathetically small amount of codeine in it, and there should be no interaction with the prozac unless you have allergies to it for some reason. If there are no other complications, then it's 100% safe.
If your friend has been to rehab, she probably has a tolerance for opiates and benzodiazepines anyway (all addicts that abuse either or both develop skyrocketing tolerances relatively quickly... I know as I've struggled with opiate and benzo addiction for over a decade and have finally, 3 years ago, stabilized comfortabaly with no increases since, at 130mg/day of Methadone along with daily, varying amounts of a mixture of Klonopin/Clonozapam, Ativan/Lorazepam, and Xanax/Alprazolam (at least 4mg-6mg/day of a mixture of the three.)
I take doses each day that would kill most people within 3hrs (even those with some tolerance to these drugs).
This is what it took for me to get my college degree and solid work history, and most importantly family trust and over 3 years without a visit to a hospital, detox, emergency room or rehab. I'm even lowering my benzo dosages slowly under the care of my psychiatrist.
Because I receive 27 take-home doses of Methadone (130mg/day of cherry liquid from Roxxane Labs,) and only 1 clinic visit per month due to following the rules of the program for 3 straight years with ZERO MISTAKES OR SLIP-UPS and it being a "private, for-profit" clinic, I am in no rush to detox or get off of the Methadone. I'm happy, productive, a college graduate and have the respect of my family and community; that's good enough for me for now.
WHAT WORKS FOR ME WILL NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE!!! MANY CLINICS WON'T EVEN TAKE YOU IF YOU TAKE BENZOS, AND OTHERS WON'T ALLOW YOU MORE THAN 2 WEEKS WORTH OF TAKE-HOME DOSES. MOST SCOFF AT ME, BUT SCREW THEM; I'M DOING GREAT AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS IN MY, AND YOUR AND YOUR FRIEND'S LIVES!!!
I hope this helped.
