I am so tired when I get home from work, i have no energy to get on my treadmill. it's over 100 degrees outside and i'm drained.
i assume your treadmill is out of ac range. there must be a park somewhere.ive found long walks are easy on the body and educational. notice peoples plants and gardens and watch for changes and then how they deal with alt. weather.even if its just to the mailbox, start watchingwhat others are doing.you should get inspired to create something , even if its a flower box.just get interested ,rest will take care of itsulf
Hi, I work out in the mornings, never at night because it causes hyperventilation and releases of endorphines... so it is hard to fall asleep if you train at nigh, plus you feel a lot better through out the day if you do it in the morning, due to the release of endorphines, which helps with stress, and as you know after stress comes depression. So this will help you very much.-

Happy to see things are better. I have to agree with Maso. Personally, if I try to do things at night, it only makes my feel good endorphines, adrenaline, kick in and there goes any sleep for the night! Maybe if you start getting a little tired mid day, try working out then. It may give your metabolism that boost it needs to get through the rest of the day with some energy. I try to avoid late night meals too. Good luck on finding the right regiment that works for you. Once you find the right routine, it will get easier to stick with from day to day.
