I think it fuc*ed up. that is not right. they are perscribed to me cause i need them. I think its illigal for her to take them
She would have to have you "baker acted " or report to someone that you are not taking your meds responsibly which right now I am assuming that is her opinion. Even so, I would say if you are an adult using your meds as they have been prescribed its hands off for ma! Now just let me throw this at you if you are living under her roof and she has her panties in a bundle about something else she might say well I am gonna through you out or whatever. I know back when I was a little ( o.k. alot) younger my parents did alot of things they shouldn't have, now that I am older and wiser I am afraid I would be quite upset and would take my meds back and rightfully so. Good Luck, did she eat your meds, hide them or flush them? Fall Queen
Hi bb8546. First of all, let Me say, that yeah, I think that it's REAL __CKED UP, in my opinion. First off, I'm not sure why she is doing this. But allow me to say this; at one point, I thought my Mother was about to pull the same stunt, so what I did was put ALL of my meds in to my tool box, which has a most worthy lock on it. (and by the way, that's where they remain to this day) See, she gets upset when I take some of my soma pills, and I have a tendecy to sometime run in to or bump in to things, and it just drives her crazy. But I need the meds for my extreem back spasms. Well, what I'm trying to say is, is if You EVER get Your meds back into Your hands, make DAMN SURE that nothing like this ever happens again. And I don't mean just hiding them some where. They need to be under lock & key somewhere, and If You've got a locking tool box, trust me, it is the perfect way to go. As for the first part of Your question; I really don't know the legal aspects of the law, when it comes to situations like this, and I'm not sure You want to find out. It could just drive a wedge between You and Your Mom, and You don't want that. Just find a way to get them back, and then, like I said, make sure that this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. This way YOU will be the one in control. Man, I hope this has helped You some what, and I hope You get Your meds back. Soon. Good luck with it all.
