Is Hydrocod/APAP 5/325mg a generic for 5 mg percocet?

No, hydro has hydrocodone, generics percocet would be oxycodone. They are similar, but will not test the same on a drug test, which is one of the more frequently asked questions here. They will both test positive as opiate, but not the same opiate.

Definantly not. Hydrocodone is the same opiate that is in Vicodin, norco, and lorecet. The opiate in percocet is oxycodone. The same opiate that's in OxyContin, just with Tylenol, or acetimenaphen if you like, added to it as well. On the prescription bottles they always put APAP in place of acetimenaphen. I don't know why.
