My MD is considering switching me from a different Beta Blocker to Coreg, but am concerned about the price.
Is Coreg/carvedilol generic yet?

Yes, as mentioned Carvedilol is the generic form of Coreg. Besides Target, you can also get it at Wal-Mart and Sams at the $4 for 30 days or $10 at 90 days. Be sure you ask before you have the Rx filled. One "local" pharmacy said the generic would be over $200 for a 30 day supply. Not much of a savings!
