Is changing from lexapro (10mg every other day) to Prozac going to create problems?

I have been on lexapro 20mg for a year now. Over the last 2 months I went to 10mgs a day and to 10mg every other day. I am changing to Prozac and want to make sure this is the correct way to do it. Any ideas?

Typically not. Since these medications are in the same class of drugs (SSRIs) many people just switch directly from one to the other.
