Is Ceftin also used for chronic Lyme disease? If so, what's the average dosage for an adult?

Lyme disease is an infectious disease spread through a tick bite.
Chronic Lyme disease is treated with antibiotics including Ceftin for up to 28 days or may require intravenous antibiotics depending on severity.
You should talk with your doctor for more specific information.

check last weeks CDC report- there is no such thing as lymes disease- I am recovering from 8 months of treatment for it- I don't even HAVE lymes disease! lots of info online, lots of holistic treatments, lots of docs making money off of chronically ill people with a variety of treatments from months of IV antibiotics to a holistic blend based on inadequate test results. sorry
