I have been on .5mg for 3 months and want to stop. Thanks for any suggestions.
im curious but is there a reason why you want to stop taking the med? i only ask because people with bipolar tend to stop taking meds because they dont feel the highs and lows that they are used to and they just dont like it. But since this can be an addictive drug (for anxiety if taken properly its not too addictive) i can see why you might want to. anway the question, im not currently but you can go down 1/2 a tab every week (or you can do 1/4 a tab every half a week but i havnt heard of anyone doing that but thats what i would try first myself)
