... money to go and pay to have someone basically quit for you please tell me
I'm sure it is possible. I'm 29 years old and having been battling alcoholism for 11 years now. I've been able to stay sober on and off without going to AA and treatment centers. I did read a book called How To Quit Drinking Without AA. I found that quite helpful. I think that once you have it, it is something you will always fight. (Unfortunately) Find your triggers. That is important. I was sober for 8 months until 2 1/2 weeks ago and then I lost it. I pray and try to keep my faith in God that he will keep me safe and sober.
I don't like AA or anything else for that matter because I have social anxiety disorder and it creates A LOT of anxiety for me to be around a bunch of strangers.
I BELIEVE IT IS POSSIBLE TO QUIT DRINKING WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY. It will always be a struggle, but it is definitely possible unless you need to be detoxed. If you are to the point where you have been drinking so much for so long, you would need to spend money to detox safely.
