In general the answer is no but specifically the question by itself is not answerable because there are several things Seroquel is used for.
For example, for Schizophrenia the usual dosage is 300 to 400 mg a day for adults but for Bipolar Mania the usual dosage is 400 to 800 mg a day for adults. However, Seroquel has proved effective at a dosage as low as 25 mg a day when used mainly as a sleep aid in addition to other medications treating other conditions.
Having said that, the doctor treating the patient is the one who should determine the exact dosage to be used.
