Is 25mg of seroquel safe for a person with dementia?

This is a safe dose. Actually it is a very low dose as far as seroquel goes so I don't think the person taking it will have any problems. You do want to make sure that the person taking it has hard candy or gum available because it does cause dry mouth. Also, it does cause drowsiness so make sure he/she gets ample rest.
