Just to clarify my ?. My 60y/o aunt has been diagnosed with ipf and her living partner smokes contanly, he steps out of apt. to smoke to which he believes his smoking doesn't affect her. Would this still be consider second hand smoke even if he steps out to smoke every time? Is he right on his belief?
Can ipf get worse even if someone doesn't smoke inside home?
