I have been taking brand Wellbutrin XL 150 made by Valeant North America for years and the pills always had "Wellbutrin XL 150" on them -- black letters on a white pill. I just ordered the same medication from a Canadian pharmacy; the label identified it as Welbutrin XL 150, but the pill are stamped "WXL 150" -- maroon/red letters on a white pill -- and I'm wondering if I've been sent a generic pill -- or something worse (counterfeit, etc).
I am also questioning the difference in the print in the pill, hope someone can tell me if the pill w l x is generic, even though the brand is valeant.
I know Valeant has one brand that has in black letters printed wellbutrin xl 150, i tried the w x l 150, and noticed in two days discomfort in my stomach and acute diarrea.
I am taking the same drug, with pale grey lettering. I took the Brand for years with the black lettering you mention on the 300 mg XL Wellbutrin.
I have taken the new "Brand" drug from Canada since April and do not feel well. Canada Drug pharmacists insist it is the same formula but I do not trust Valeant. I would like to hear others experiences. Thx.
