They will take considerations, but much red tape to go through. Is there a substitue? (Zolpidem is its generic)
JLS56; The best is to have them give you a list of sleeping pills they well cover so you can show it to your doctor and see what is closest. Did they say they would pay for the generic AMBIEN give them a call and find this all out? otherwise, if it does not the doctor's office can fill out a prior authorization for you and get it covered in many cases they just tell you it could be a long time but they do have a set time that the answer has to be back by law now this is in the USA.
